Install

1. Put the heating trap on the nozzle body, and one end of the power connection line is in the direction of the gooseneck; the front end surface should be away from the cone end surface of the nozzle body (ie the mating end of the nozzle head) by 2-3mm;

2. Note: If there is no suitable heating ring for the extended nozzle body, move the heating ring as far forward as possible to the nozzle head to avoid plugging the nozzle;

3. Connect the power supply cable, and at the same time, insert the nozzle hot probe into the hot probe hole, and connect the sensing line;

4. It must be preheated before use: first adjust the thermostat to 100℃ and keep it warm for 30 minutes to allow time for the damp water vapor that may be adsorbed inside to be discharged, and then heat it in 2 to 3 stages to reach use Temperature to extend the service life of the heating ring.

Requirements for use

1. The rated voltage is AC 220V;

2. The operating temperature is controlled within the range of 400-430℃, and the maximum allowable temperature is 450℃;

3. The inner hole and length of the heating ring must match the outer circle and length of the nozzle;

4. It is forbidden to spray the material liquid on the surface of the heating ring casting; at the same time, it is also forbidden to have the zinc alloy material liquid enter the heating ring hole along the inner hole.
