Requirements for use

If the temperature is too low, it will cause the alloy material to be blocked in the nozzle head, which can not be produced normally, and it will also reduce the life. At the same time, the nozzle head will be blocked, and it will also cause material leakage at the gooseneck taper hole;

4. The composition of die-cast zinc alloy must meet the requirements of GB/T13818-92.

Maintenance Rules

1. Control the heating temperature of the heating coil within the required range (410-430℃);

2. During normal work, the feeding pressure should not exceed 95% of the rated pressure. Otherwise, the service life of the nozzle body will drop sharply;

3. The discharge aperture of the nozzle head needs to be prepared as required to prevent excessive pressure in the injection nozzle caused by too small aperture. Reduce life span;

4. The probe on the heating ring needs to be inspected regularly, and the temperature measurement must be accurate;

5. The taper of the nozzle head and the nozzle body must match and fit in place.
